GOODBYE 2012

it's been a pretty wonderful christmas thus far. 4 days spent in sundance, utah with an amazing group of people and a spectacular wedding followed by a trip home to indiana to see the family. tomorrow evening i begin my journey to germany, austria, and italy with someone special and i'm sure it will be the time of a life.

as i turn another year older, it seems to me like my chronological and biological ages are finally meeting. i've been thinking a lot about what i want to accomplish for myself this year and what is important to see and do. the past few years i have always made my new year's resolution to visit 3 new cities and that has been a fun goal to work towards. since i'll be breaking that in the first 2 weeks of the year, i thought i'd put into writing a few other things that are important for my mind and body this year:

1. to work toward an increasingly raw and vegan dietary lifestyle. i already cut out dairy and avoid processed foods, but i'd like to also become less dependent on wheat and gluten and incorporate more raw and vegan choices into my daily routine. my stomach will thank me this year.

2. to party less and rest more. mind and body.

3. to focus on yoga again and find another activity that i like to relieve stress and increase endorphins.

namaste.
